Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
Shipments will be sent on next open business day (generally 1-2 business days) and use the carrier selected by shipper and all costs incurred will be dictated by carrier quote for size and weight of package unless the buyer submits a written request by email to ask for a different carrier. Requests will be reviewed and agreed or not by email by an authorized Iowa Goods representative.
Processing Time - Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods & Costs - Carriers can be UPS, USPS, Speedy and other shipping services. Shipping costs are per quote from the carrier and unless written notice of request, will be standard shipping. Customer pays shipping costs unless notated.
Delivery Timeframes - Delivery time can vary but generally should be standard shipping time frame, 3-5 business days.
Geographic Coverage - Iowa Goods ships to The United States only.
Tracking Information - Tracking numbers are provided per written request to iowagoods@gmail.com
Shipping Restrictions - Shipping restrictions are followed per carrier and state and federal jurisdiction.
International Shipping Details - Not applicable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments - Buyer has 5 days upon receipt of goods to submit a claim for lost or damaged shipments. All claims will be reviewed and submitted to the specific carrier. Upon completion of the review of lost or damaged shipments, if deemed reliable and true, buyer will be reimbursed for cost of goods and initial shipping costs.
